My friends urged me to start this deviantART account. They also strongly urged me to write a little about myself in spite of the fact that it feels really weird, so...
In a nut shell, I worked my way through college as a colorist and comic book creator for Antarctic Press. After film school, I entered the film industry as a concept designer and prop sculptor. Over the years, I've had the privilege of working directly with so many incredibly talented people. For the last several years, I have worked as a senior designer/animator at Flat Black Films while taking a few side projects along the way. I enjoy working in a wide range of media and collaborating with all kinds of creative teams.
Finally, I must say, I am thoroughly enjoying this deviantART account! There's so much inspiring work out there!
great to hear, yeah DA can become pretty time consuming, but I as well don't seem to have the time I'd like to keep up with it, so I know exactly what you mean...work first play later.
